Refund policy

NAELI Naturals Refund Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    Refunds are eligible within 20 days from the date the product was received. If 20 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we cannot offer a refund.

  2. Return Process for Full Refunds:
    To receive a full refund, the item must be shipped back to the designated return address, provided upon request. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. NAELI Naturals does not cover return labels and cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

  3. Damaged Items:
    If your order arrives damaged, you are eligible for the same replacement item or an instant full refund at no additional cost. Simply provide proof of damage, such as photos, and contact our customer service team for assistance.

  4. Non-Returnable Items:
    Due to the nature of our products, only items that meet the above conditions will be eligible for refunds or replacements.
